Winchester, TN High on the Hog Barbecue contest
We've just finished going through the checklist for the cook-off this weekend. We'll be leaving tomorrow afternoon and arriving to the contest venue in Winchester on Thursday evening.

We ended up finishing 10th overall at the Winchester event out of 51 teams. It's been a while since we competed and we were a little rusty, but overall I was happy with the results. We need to work on our appearance scores a little bit.
