CommentsWe are heading to Missouri on Thursday to pick it up. My dad has been putting the insulation in it and has upgraded the flooring and put white board over the plywood. I'll warn those that are thinking of building a bbq trailer though--it's not too hard to turn a $6,000 bbq trailer into a $10,000 trailer. We're not there yet, but I can see how it can easily happen. I'm lucky that my dad has been able to do most of the work on it for. That's saved us a bundle. By no means is it going to be a full-fledge catering rig. We're building a competition trailer that we can travel with and stay dry, cool/warm and do it comfortably. With the rising gasoline prices, I'm not sure it will get used as often as we planned though. Time will tell I guess. Sat Mar 19, 2005 3:43 pm MST by The BBQ Guy
